This program is aimed at supporting you in « owning your career » and equipping your team members with personal insight, clarity, focus and ideas on how to engage in career conversations with you, a mentor or trusted advisor. Career conversations are facilitated by the insight gained from applying the P/E Assessment, an on-line, automated tool, designed to clarify the level of passion and experience you or your team members are bringing to the table. The results of this assessment provide the foundation for analyzing if the team is equipped to successfully execute the business strategy, team vision and desired performance results.
