Justin Tomlinson has a unique ability to mobilize people in translating strategy into results. He is an expert in engaging stakeholders and facilitating trust in global, cross-functional implementations. Justin recently designed and implemented a global operating model for the IT function of a Fortune 500 company. He has also been the strategy implementation advisor and facilitator for a Euro Top 100 CFO who changed the internal role and profile of the finance division.
In his ten years with FranklinCovey, Justin was the Western USA Team Leader co-responsible for post-merger integration, leading the strategic transition from training vendor to solutions provider, and achieving an $18 Million sales budget. His personal contribution in Covey Leadership Center’s explosive growth prior to the merger and his consistency in creating and leading large organizational client solutions after the merger resulted in the opportunity to open Continental Europe in 1998.
After 12 years in Europe, Justin returned to the USA in 2010 where he has partnered with Innovative Facilitation in expanding the ValueAdd group in North America. Justin holds a BBA from the Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University, USA.
